1- List of Requirements: (PDF, HTML)
This is the complete list of requirements that have been built from four data sources. The graduate students reports, survey of SLR authors, community workshop on barriers, and a community workshop on requirements of the SLR process in SE. For each of these data sources we had different set of participants, however, all of them are active community members in SE SLRs.
The data from these sources have been cleaned, analyzed, and produced as functional requirements the community would like to see in SE SLR tool support.
The requrirements are grouped by the stages of the SLR, and inside each stage the individual requirements are grouped into composites of requirments. For each individual requirements there are columns that shows where this requirement originally came from.
2- Tools Analysis - Top 11 Composites Requirements: (PDF, HTML)
This file provide information on the analysis of the current tool support against the top 11 composite requirements. There is a tab for each of the analyzed tool in the file. There are also tabs to show the tools coverage for the requirements, as well as how each of the individual requirements is covered by the current tool support.
3- Tools Analaysis - All Requirements: (PDF, HTML)
This file shows the tools coverage to all the individual requirements that we generated from the community. The file is organized by the stages of the SLR process, and inside each stage, the indivudal requirements are grouped in composite requirements. For each of the individual requirement we indicate our evaluation of the current tool support to that requirement by either fully support the requirement "F", partially support the requirment "P", or does not support the requirement at all.
Note:
- This document will be mainted up-to-date. As new tools, and new versions of the current tools are released, and as new requirements have been added. The goal is to maintain a reference for the SLR tool requirement for SLR community in SE.
- Tools developers are welcome to contact us to update thier tool evaluation.
- SLR researchers are welcome to contact us to update the requirements based on new community research.
